The use of Sustainable products is a crucial part of our Kanton 27´s DNA.
The swiss cuisine is rather simple and the quality of the ingredients is super important.
The topography of Switzerland has always made it difficult to massproduce and distribute.
We have received a beautiful deer from Nordvildt. Form wednesday to saturday you can enjoy traditional swiss deer stew.
Sunday evenings are dedicated to Cheese fondue which is the perfect way to end any atumn weekend.
We now serve our lunchdish of the day for 100,- incl. a bottle of still or sparkling water
The Menu has just been updated according to the season. Try Our organic Rib-Eye with Café de Paris sauce. Its the classic recipe from Restaurant Café de Paris in Genève. We get our meat from the organic butchery Gris Lam & Co.

Cheesefondue is also available every day from wednesday to sunday. Please reserve min. 24 hours in advance. Moitié moitié made with Appenberger and Schlossberger is served with bread, pickles and warm tea, the price is 225,- per person.
Salon27 is our series of talks with interesting people with connection to Switzerland. Last edition took place on sep 2nd with Signe Krogstrup assistant govenor and head of economics in the National Bank of Denmark.
Klub27 is our fridaybar on the terrace. Next edition is the 4th of september. Come by for a drink under the umbrellas and hang out in the new Lounge furniture series by MDT-Tex We offer a free tasting of Benguela Diamonds Gin.
Our celebration of the nationalday on first august was a super experience. The weather was fantastic and a lot of swiss - as well as danes - came by for swiss grill classics and tab beer from Chaise Rouge Brewery.
We are back in town after 3 weeks of hiking and bathing.
We celebrate first of august - the swiss national day - all day with special menues and market stands.
In February Jesper Elg from V1 was Our guest at Salon27. The story about his career - starting with an apprenticeship with Verner Panton, getting inspired by galleries in NYC and culminating with huge stands at Art Basel - was very fascinating.
We had the great pleasure of hosting the 20th anniversary of acclaimed and prizewinning architecture firm ONV. The first ever Venligboligs initiativpris was launched at this event. Congratulations CPH Village to ONV and Søren Rasmussen and thank you for choosing Kanton27!
In March We are happy to be serving swiss food at the kick off event for the Danish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce at the swiss embassy. We will also be catering at Den lille Kulturnat at the Frederiksberg Library.

In Switzerland we speak four different languages, distributed in over more than 26 self-governing regions, known as kantons. Kanton 27 is a brand-new kanton, in the middle of Frederiksberg!
Our mission is to introduce Swiss culture and gastronomy to the Danes. We entail everything from the traditional alphut to the minimalistic, modern design – and especially all the things in between.
We reside at the protected storage-building at the old train station at Frederiksberg. This high-ceilinged, carefully restored room can be the venue for your next event.We have room for parties from 2 up to 80 guests, including celebrations, exhibitions or events. We also do Catering.
At Salon 27 we invite interesting people to talk about their lives and experiences with the "mysterious" alpine country in the very centre of Europe.

Kanton 27 came into realization, when Francesco Cunsolo and Benjamin Weber coincidentally met on the street and acknowledged that they – beside speaking the same incomprehensible language – also shared the dream of bringing Swiss culture and food to Denmark.
Francesco is a Sicilian/Swiss restaurateur and married to Lisa, who’s a Swiss trained chef.
Benjamin is a Danish/Swiss architect and married to Ane, who’s a tv presenter.
Both families live at Frederiksberg and have three kids each.
